From Warped Tour to Ocean Beach: Tigers Blood Founder Marc Oliver Gould Rocks The Holding Company with Rising Punk Band Stuck Here

San Diego punk-rock roots, a new generation of local musicians, and a hometown beverage brand come together for one unforgettable night in Ocean Beach.

OCEAN BEACH, SAN DIEGO — Some things never leave your blood. For TIGERS BLOOD HRD SLTZR CO (@tigersbloodco) co-founder and CEO Marc Oliver Gould, music is one of them.

Thursday, October 29th, 2026, Marc Gould traded his entrepreneurial responsibilities for the stage, joining rising San Diego punk-rock band Stuck Here (@stuck.here.band) for a high-energy performance at The Holding Company (@thc1502) in Ocean Beach. The evening brought together two generations of San Diego musicians, an enthusiastic local music crowd, and an introduction of Tigers Blood Hard Seltzer to one of the neighborhood's best-known live music destinations.

For Gould, it wasn't simply another night out. It was a return to the music culture that helped shape his life.

A San Diego Musician with Rock-and-Roll Credentials

Long before launching Tigers Blood, Marc Oliver Gould (@iammarcoliver) was making his mark in the music industry.

Raised in San Diego's skate and surf culture, Gould emerged during the explosive late-1990s and early-2000s alternative rock and pop-punk era. After signing a record deal shortly after high school, he entered a music scene defined by national tours, the Vans Warped Tour, and a generation of artists who helped shape the soundtrack of Southern California.

His early career included working with acclaimed production team The Matrix, touring internationally, and sharing stages with established recording artists.

Gould's music-industry experiences even intersected with the early career of pop-rock superstar Avril Lavigne, with whom he shared studio time and a personal relationship during the period surrounding her breakthrough debut album.

His journey from San Diego skateboarder to touring musician, and eventually entrepreneur, is a story of creativity, reinvention, and staying connected to the community that raised him.

And on this particular night in Ocean Beach, the music came full circle.

Meet Stuck Here: The Next Generation of San Diego Punk Rock

If San Diego's music history has taught us anything, it's that the next big sound can emerge from a small stage in a local neighborhood.

Enter Stuck Here (, a young punk-rock band bringing fresh energy, raw musicianship, and an unmistakabeble Southern California attitude to the local music scene.

Featuring Ben Kuleto, Jack Wise, Neil Kuhn and Nixon Engstrom, Stuck Here represents the kind of emerging talent that keeps San Diego's live music culture alive.

And then there's the drummer.

With explosive energy, blistering speed, and a commanding presence behind the kit, Engstom delivered the kind of performance Gould says invites comparisons to legendary Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

The next Travis Barker?

That's a big comparison in a city with such a remarkable punk-rock legacy. But watching a young musician attack the drums with that level of intensity makes it easy to understand the excitement.

Sharing the stage with Gould brought together the experience of a musician who lived through an earlier generation of the punk-rock explosion and a young band helping carry that spirit forward.

Different generations. Same San Diego attitude.

The Holding Company: Where Local Music and Community Meet

There could hardly have been a more fitting setting than The Holding Company, located in the heart of Ocean Beach.

Known for its live music, vibrant atmosphere, and deep connection to the neighborhood, The Holding Company has become a destination for local performers and touring acts alike.

It's also a venue with its own entrepreneurial beverage history, recognized as the birthplace of Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey.

For Gould, performing at The Holding Company created a natural opportunity to introduce another San Diego-born beverage brand to the community: Tigers Blood Hard Seltzer.

Founded with deep local roots and an appreciation for San Diego's beach lifestyle, Tigers Blood is building its identity around the people, places, music, and experiences that make the city unique.

The evening was more than a musical collaboration. It was another opportunity to connect Tigers Blood with the local establishments and creative communities that give San Diego its personality.

Born on the Beaches of San Diego. Built for Nights Like These.

Tigers Blood isn't trying to manufacture a connection to San Diego culture.

It's part of the brand's DNA.

From the surf breaks of Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach to local concerts, community gatherings, and neighborhood establishments, Tigers Blood celebrates the lifestyle and energy of its hometown.

Gould's return to the stage with Stuck Here represents that connection in a particularly authentic way.

A musician who came of age during one of Southern California's most influential musical eras is now helping introduce a new generation of artists, while building a beverage brand rooted in the same community.

And for Tigers Blood, that's exactly the kind of story worth sharing.

Here's to the Next Generation

A special thanks to Stuck Here, the team at The Holding Company, and everyone who came out to support live music in Ocean Beach.

We look forward to watching these young musicians continue developing their sound, growing their following, and carrying forward San Diego's remarkable punk-rock tradition.

As for Marc Oliver Gould?

Once a musician, always a musician.

And something tells us this won't be the last time we see him back on stage.
